Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Midtown, NYC

Duration: Long Term (1 year +++)

Client: L’Oreal

Roles:

Responsible for ecosystem of files being sent between all CRM systems (Harte Hanks/Exact Target/Demandware, etc.)

Correcting file related issues hands on file repair (CSV/XML)

Uncovering root cause and resolving for future

Responsible for coordinating new integrations between our infrastructure team and external vendors

Completing mapping documents

Completing request forms

General skills:

Good communicator

Project Management/Business Analysis

Programming languages a plus

Understanding of database concepts, ERD, table structures & relationships

SQL knowledge

SDLC/Waterfall/Agile

Specific Tools:

Visio

Access

Any of the following ETL tools: Informatica, Tibco, Tidal, Pll or SSIS

Experience with any CRM or eCommerce

Demandware a plus

Exact Target a plus

Salesforce.com a plus
